Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items that have been specifically customized or personalized for you.

Initiating a return is a straightforward process designed for your convenience. Please log into your account on our website, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return. You will be guided through a simple process to generate a pre-paid return shipping label. We kindly ask that you securely repackage the item in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box to prevent damage during its journey back to our fulfillment center.

Upon receipt of your return, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive email updates throughout this process. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is approved, often on the same day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service.
